Grape variety Prosecco D.O.C. This grape has been grown for more than two centuries on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. Vinification without skins using the Charmat method. A pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and a bouquet rich in scents ranging from fruits to flowers. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes. Serve chilled at 8-10 °C.
