Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

• You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them.
• The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale
• You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
• The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt
