Produced from ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grapes. This wine is refined in oak casks for at least 2 years and bottled without being filtered. It has an intense Ruby Red colour and a bouquet of vanilla and wild fruit. Good served with strong meats such as steak, wild boar and also strong cheeses. Serve at room temperature 16-18 °C.

Pinot Nero Il Podere (2000)
Produced from ’Pinot Nero’ grapes. From a selected vineyard named Il Pescatore in the district of Paderno Franciacorta. Fermented for 8-9 days in steel vats, then gently pressed at 1 atm. Aged in oak barrels for at least 1 year and refined in bottled for a minimum of 6 months. Intense Ruby Red, complex and noble aroma, dry and velvety taste. Recommended with game, roasts and mature cheeses. Serve at room temperature 16-18 °C.

Grape variety 60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco, 15% Pinot Nero. Produced in the district of Paderno Franciacorta and Redengo Saiano. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Light and persistent perlage. Intense aroma with a dry taste, well balanced with a good acidity. Serve as an aperitif and with fish and white meat dishes Serve chilled at 8-10 °C.

Franciacorta Rose Millesimato D.O.C.  -  (#404) £70.00/Case     
Franciacorta Rose Millesimato D.O.C.  TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK 

Grape variety: Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. The colour is pink, similar to that of an onionskin. The froth is white and the perlage presents a very thin and persistent grain. The bouquet scents of flowers (wild rose) and of small fruit with red berries (rasberry). The flavour is delicate and compact with a dry taste. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes. Serve chilled at 8-10 °C.
